friend it can also be your enemy. Anyone who works or plays in the ocean has

the ultimate respect for her power. It is vital that you appreciate the dangers and

equipe yourself properly both terms of equipment and knowledge. Even the most experienced water man or women will not take risks.

  • Always stay with your board - it'll keep you afloat
